So, if you have the full packages, you can connect three devices to all three different servers, but you cannot connect two devices to the same server, even if you paid the complete package.

We definitely prefer a total “no log policy”, but this compromise made by CactusVPN is quite acceptable, since they keep only connection logs, which include the time of connection, the duration, and the used protocol.
Furthermore, what we don’t like about CactusVPN is that they do not accept Bitcoins, or any other online currency, so you cannot make the payment anonymously. It is quite a pity, because the service is great, but you cannot keep your personal data for yourself.
